After determining your eligibility, we'll structure the most affordable plan that meets your individual financial needs. We'll set you up with lower more affordable monthly payments which is determined between you and your counselor at Accredited Financial. Based upon what you are able to pay each month into your settlement account, we can determine how many months you will be part of the program, and ultimately be debt free. Throughout the program, we communicate with your creditors to work on settlements and assist you when dealing with aggressive, confrontational, or abusive creditors/collectors.

Settling your debt.

Once you have retained our services, Accredited Financial will commence the Service. Your Accredited Financial counselor will advise you of all genuine offers made by your creditors, current servicers, or collectors, and of their acceptance of any offers made by Accredited Financial. Upon your approval of a settlement offer, Accredited Financial will then settle the account. You retain the right to accept or reject all settlement offers. We can only settle a debt once the full funds are available in your settlement account. With relationships we have in place with creditors and financial institutions, we are able to successfully negotiate the debts of our clients at a substantial discount. Creditors are willing to negotiate a debt with Accredited Financial, on behalf of our clients, with the understanding that the settled amount will be paid in a timely manner. Becoming Debt Free.

Once paid, that debt is gone forever. At that point, the creditor has accepted the payment in full, and you are free of that debt forever. Accredited Financial will continue to diligently work on negotiating all of your debts.
